Please note:
When you are booking online - please select either a haircut OR our complimentary wash & style with your colour service. This allows us to make sure we have enough time to complete your service. If you fail to do this, we might need to call you back and reschedule you to a day with more availability.
The pricing above is to be used as a guideline only. Prices are subject to change based on services completed and which level of stylist does your hair.
If you wish to have a specific stylist complete your wash and style, please advise us at time of booking.
Our Wash & Styles are offered on a complimentary basis (with an assistant) for all colour-only services. If you would prefer a specific stylist does your wash & style, there will be a Wash & Style surcharge.
Wash & Style prices do vary according to stylist level - those prices are listed above.
To help us plan our day, if you’re unable to make your appointment, please give us a call.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late (and the stylist isn’t able to accommodate you), we WILL have to reschedule.
If you’re unhappy with your colour, we guarantee our colour work for 1 week. We want to make sure you love your hair - please let us know within this time frame, so we can address any concerns. If you have received services from another salon between your original and return visit, this policy would no longer apply.
